📦 Tired Moms Tribe Return & Subscription Policy
Thank you for being part of the Tired Moms Tribe! Below is our policy to help you understand how subscriptions and returns work:
🔁 All Sales Are Final
Due to the curated and seasonal nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at celebrationsbysteph@gmail.com with photos and order information.
📅 Subscription & Billing Schedule
Tired Moms Tribe boxes are shipped quarterly—one box every:
- March
- June
- September
- December
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each shipping month. This charge ensures your box is packed and shipped on time.
❌ How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so by logging into your account on our website before the next billing date.
- Cancellations must be made through your account dashboard.
- We do not process cancellations via email or social media.
Once your card is charged for a quarter, your box will be shipped, and the charge is non-refundable.
⚠️ Important Note
If you do not cancel your subscription, your card will continue to be charged quarterly during the months listed above, without end until you take action.
